I love your watches, but I don't want it Aged. Can you make Un-Aged Watches?
Absolutely! Either select this option on the product listing, or contact us with what it is you're looking for, and we can make it happen.
Payment and Shipping
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as accepting PayPal. We also offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. For international orders, shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method, but we do ship worldwide.
What Waterproof rating does my watch have?
Our watches carry a waterproof rating appropriate to their style. Our GMT models are rated 10 BAR / 10 ATM / 100m / 330ft, making them suitable for showering, swimming, and snorkelling, but not for high board diving or deep diving. Diver and Sub models vary — some are rated 10 BAR, others 3 BAR / 3 ATM / 30m / 100ft, suitable for everyday use including handwashing and splashes but not for swimming, showering, or prolonged water exposure. Be sure to check the Specifications section of the build you're interested in for the exact rating.
Do you offer Returns and Refunds?
We stand behind the quality of our watches and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your watch, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that the watch must be in its original condition and packaging.
Do your Watches come with a Warranty?
For your peace of mind, all our watches ship with a 12-month warranty. This protects you should your timepiece encounter any construction malfunctions or defective components.
