Returns & Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our watches and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your watch, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that the watch must be in its original condition and packaging.
Contact us within 30 days of delivery for returns or exchanges. Customised watches with engraving or specific customisations are non-returnable unless defective. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be in unused condition with original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
